1. Processing Time

All orders go through verification, quality check, and packaging before dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
    (Usually dispatched sooner during non-peak periods.)

During peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
  • United States: 4–6 business days*
  • All Other Countries: 9–14 business days*

We work with reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and trusted local couriers depending on your delivery country.

*Delivery times exclude customs delays.
*Orders placed during peak sales periods may experience extended shipping times.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the UK:

  • Additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided in your email.

Note:
For logistical reasons, some orders may arrive in multiple parcels even if purchased together.


5. Fast & Reliable UK Delivery

For our UK customers, we prioritise quick delivery:

  • Dispatch Time: Within 24 hours (often same day)
  • Delivery Window: 3–5 working days
  • Tracking Provided: Yes – Straight to your email
  • Courier Partners: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL

6. Shipping Delays

PetPure is not responsible for courier delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High-volume periods
  • Incorrect address information provided during checkout

We always assist customers in resolving courier issues, but once shipped, the transit timeline is controlled by the delivery company.
